By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to any mandatory rights and protections available to you under applicable law.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use our website or purchase products through it.

These Terms & Conditions apply to consumers purchasing MARRMA products through our website. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

MB MARRMA is the seller of products purchased through marrma.com and is responsible for fulfilling orders in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer protection laws.

Eligibility and Minors

You may browse the MARRMA website regardless of age.

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under 18 years of age, you should place an order only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian and, where required by applicable law, with their consent.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into the purchase or that any consent required under applicable law has been obtained.

Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise minors when they use our website or make purchases online.

The processing of children's personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections available to minors under applicable law.

Products and Product Information

We aim to describe and present MARRMA products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Product images, mockups and lifestyle photographs are provided to help illustrate the design, appearance and intended look of our products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product visuals accurately represent the product offered for sale.

However, the colours displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the colours of the physical product due to differences in screen settings, display technology, lighting and other technical factors.

MARRMA phone case designs are applied using a heat transfer production process. Minor variations in colour tone, print positioning or alignment may occur as a natural result of the production process. Such minor variations do not affect the intended design or functionality of the product.

The appearance and positioning of a design may also vary slightly between phone models due to differences in device dimensions, camera layouts, case shape and proportions.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for selecting the correct phone model. Please review the product information and selected phone model carefully before completing your purchase.

Product specifications, descriptions and availability may be updated from time to time. Any material changes will apply only to future orders and will not alter the product specifications agreed for an order already accepted by us.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits your statutory rights where a product is defective, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer protection law.

Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order through the MARRMA website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected in your order in accordance with these Terms.

Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct your order details, including the products selected, phone model, delivery information and order total.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This order acknowledgement does not by itself mean that your order has been accepted.

A binding contract between you and MB MARRMA is formed when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where there is a legitimate reason to do so. This may include:

• The product is unavailable

• We are unable to process or verify your payment

• The delivery information provided is incomplete or clearly incorrect

• We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment or misuse of our website

• There is an obvious and material error in the price or product information

• We are unable to deliver the order to the destination provided

If we are unable to accept your order after payment has been received, we will notify you and refund the amount paid using the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed with you.

We may contact you using the email address provided with your order if additional information is reasonably required to process or fulfil your order.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Prices and Taxes

All product prices displayed on the MARRMA website are shown in the currency indicated on the website.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to any correction of an obvious and material pricing error as described in these Terms.

MB MARRMA is currently not registered for value added tax (VAT) in Lithuania. Accordingly, VAT is not currently charged as a separate tax on orders, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If our tax obligations or VAT registration status change, applicable taxes may be included in or applied to product prices as required by law. Any applicable taxes and charges collected by us will be shown before you complete your order.

Delivery charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, the destination country may impose import duties, customs charges, sales taxes or other fees. Where such charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient in accordance with the laws of the destination country.

We do not control charges imposed by customs authorities or other public authorities and, where permitted by applicable law, are not responsible for determining or collecting charges that are not collected by us at checkout.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer or tax law.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, currency and the payment services available at the time of purchase.

Payment must be made using a valid and authorized payment method. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers. MARRMA does not directly store complete payment card details. Payment service providers may process your payment information in accordance with their own terms and privacy notices.

Your payment may be subject to authorization, verification or additional authentication requirements imposed by your bank, card issuer or payment service provider.

We may be unable to process or accept an order if payment is declined, cannot be authorized or if additional verification reasonably required to complete the transaction is not successfully completed.

The total amount payable, including the product price and any delivery charges or other charges collected by us, will be displayed before you place your order.

We do not charge additional fees solely for using a particular payment method where such fees are prohibited by applicable law.

If a payment is authorized or collected but we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, any amount due to be refunded will be returned in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer or payment services law.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship MARRMA products to destinations worldwide, subject to carrier availability, delivery restrictions and applicable laws.

Available shipping methods, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website and, where applicable, during checkout before you place your order.

Orders may require processing before shipment. Estimated delivery times generally begin after an order has been processed and dispatched, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances affecting delivery.

We will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes communicated to you. Where a binding delivery deadline applies under applicable law or has been expressly agreed with you, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Tracking updates are provided by the relevant shipping carrier and may not always update in real time.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing your order. If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

MARRMA remains responsible for the risk of loss or damage to products during delivery until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@marrma.com so that we can investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

For more information about shipping destinations, delivery charges, processing times, tracking and estimated delivery times, please see our:

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a consumer and applicable law provides you with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal using the withdrawal function available on our website, where applicable, or by contacting us at support@marrma.com. You may also use any other method permitted by applicable law.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products without undue delay and, where applicable, no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning products when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may inspect and handle a product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you in accordance with applicable law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method offered for your order, where required by law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise and applicable law permits another method.

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply in circumstances excluded by applicable law, including, where relevant, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised products.

The selection of a phone model from the standard product options available on our website does not, by itself, mean that the product is treated as a personalised product for the purposes of this section.

This right of withdrawal is separate from your rights where a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

For further information about returns and the return process, please see our:

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Defective Products and Legal Guarantee

If a product arrives damaged, is defective, is incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@marrma.com.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably possible, clear photographs showing the problem so that we can assess the issue efficiently.

Where a product does not conform to the contract, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair or replacement free of charge or, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or reimbursement.

Consumers in the European Union benefit from a statutory legal guarantee of conformity. Under EU consumer law, goods are generally covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery.

These rights are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and are not affected solely because the withdrawal period has expired.

Minor and reasonable product variations described in the Products and Product Information section do not automatically constitute a defect. However, this does not limit your rights where a product is materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Accounts

You may create a customer account on the MARRMA website. Creating an account is optional unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account login details secure. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your authorization.

You must not use another person's account without permission or use your account for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or misuse of our website.

You may request the closure of your account by contacting us. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for other lawful purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

For information about how we process personal data connected with customer accounts, please see our:

Privacy Policy

Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, MARRMA may offer promotions, special offers or discount codes.

Any specific conditions, eligibility requirements or expiry dates applicable to a promotion or discount code will be communicated with the relevant offer.

Discount codes must be applied during checkout before an order is placed and cannot be applied retrospectively unless otherwise stated.

Promotions and discount codes may be limited to certain products, customers, locations or periods and may not be combined with other offers where stated.

We may refuse or deactivate a promotion or discount code where it has expired, is used contrary to its stated conditions, is affected by an obvious technical error or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Promotional prices and price reductions will be displayed in accordance with applicable pricing and consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Intellectual Property and Website Use

Unless otherwise stated, the content available on the MARRMA website, including designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text and website content, is owned by or licensed to MB MARRMA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for personal and lawful purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or use MARRMA content without our permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

The MARRMA name, logo and other brand elements may not be used in a way that falsely suggests an affiliation with, endorsement by or connection to MARRMA.

You must not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code or use automated methods to access or collect website content in a manner that disrupts or places an unreasonable burden on our website.

We may take reasonable steps to restrict access to our website where necessary to protect our website, users, intellectual property or legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any use of content that is expressly permitted by applicable law.

Liability and Events Beyond Our Control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so or limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MARRMA is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach or for losses arising from the use of our products for commercial or business purposes.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruptions, strikes, government actions or major failures of communication or technology networks.

Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and fulfil our obligations as soon as reasonably possible. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for defective or non-conforming products as required by applicable law.

Complaints, Governing Law and Disputes

If you have a complaint regarding a product, order or our services, please contact us at support@marrma.com. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can review the issue and seek an appropriate resolution.

We will handle consumer complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms and contracts concluded with MB MARRMA are governed by the laws of Lithuania. However, if you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws that would otherwise apply to your contract.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may have the right to use an appropriate consumer dispute resolution body or pursue other remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights regarding the competent courts or dispute resolution procedures available to you under applicable consumer law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, services or applicable legal requirements.

The updated Terms will be published on our website and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

Changes to these Terms will generally apply to future use of our website and future orders. The Terms applicable to an order already accepted by us will not be changed retrospectively, except where required by applicable law.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Effective date: 14 July 2026
